A note about our specialty work
Most general plumbers in the area don’t hold backflow testing certifications for multiple water authorities, and many aren’t set up to handle WSSC-permitted projects efficiently. Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We give you an estimate before we start any job. For straightforward work like faucet replacements or water heater installations, we can often quote you accurately over the phone. For more complex jobs — pipe repairs, sewer work — we may need to assess in person first, but we’ll let you know what that process looks like upfront.

We do light commercial work — small office buildings, multi-unit residential properties, retail spaces — primarily for backflow testing and compliance, water heater systems, and general plumbing repairs. We’re not set up for large-scale commercial construction, but for property managers in the DC metro area, we handle a lot of ongoing maintenance work.
What warranty do you offer on your work?
Repairs come with a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Water heater installations include the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 5–12 years depending on the unit) plus a one-year labor warranty from us. Pipe repairs and replacements carry warranties of up to 10 years depending on the materials used. We’ll spell out the specific warranty for your job when you schedule.
